An established and growing Construction Contractor in the Northwest is seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to support its expanding portfolio of projects. The company delivers a wide range of schemes across Commercial & Industrial, with a strong focus on Refurbishment, Maintenance, and New Build developments.

About the Role:

You'll play a key role in managing the Commercial aspects of multiple projects, from initial tender through to final account. The role offers a blend of Estimating and Quantity Surveying, working closely with the Operations team and clients to ensure successful delivery

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit competitive tenders based on drawings and specifications
  • Accurate pricing of work for tenders
  • Carry out detailed take-offs and schedules of rates
  • Oversee cost control and financial reporting throughout project lifecycles
  • Cost analysis
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams for commercial reporting
  • Attend and lead site meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues


Ideal Candidate:

  • Experienced in both NEC and JCT contract frameworks.
  • Strong background in refurbishment and maintenance projects.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Estimating & QS background
