My client is a fast growing Accountancy Practice that is looking to recruit for afew roles due to the growth of the business. Their goal is to provide locally forged, trusted business advice to SMEs through forward-thinking, close-knit relationships. They are therefore looking for an experienced and driven Accounts Senior to join the Chester office. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your career, working with a diverse portfolio of clients, leading audit and accounting projects, and helping shape the growth of a supportive, ambitious team.

Reporting to the partners duties of the role will include;

  • Managing daily client accounts tasks, ensuring work is completed accurately and on time.
  • Support junior team members by addressing queries and helping them produce high-quality output.
  • Deliver client work in full compliance with legal and statutory regulations.
  • Ensure timely collection and review of required client documentation.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by responding to queries promptly and professionally.
  • Record chargeable time accurately and contribute to overall billing recovery.
  • Prepare accounts, tax, VAT, and PAYE documentation for submission to HMRC within deadlines.
  • Organise your workload to ensure efficient delivery and readiness for review.
