Operating at the heart of the contractor and recruitment supply chain, this business delivers fully compliant payroll and payment services including Umbrella, CIS, and outsourced payroll, tailored for recruitment agencies and self-employed professionals across the UK.

The Role What Youll Be Doing

As Business Development Manager, your mission will be to drive growth by developing new client relationships and nurturing a healthy sales pipeline across the recruitment and contracting sector.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and targeting new business opportunities within recruitment agencies and contractor networks

  • Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through to onboarding

  • Attending industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to represent the brand

  • Building long-term relationships based on trust, service, and compliance
