The Role What Youll Be DoingAs Business Development Manager, your mission will be to drive growth by developing new client relationships and nurturing a healthy sales pipeline across the recruitment and contracting sector.
Key responsibilities include:
Identifying and targeting new business opportunities within recruitment agencies and contractor networks
Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through to onboarding
Attending industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to represent the brand
Building long-term relationships based on trust, service, and compliance
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless client journey
Meeting and exceeding agreed KPIs, revenue targets, and activity benchmarks
