Established IT Services Company, basedin modern offices in a rural setting on the outskirts of Chester (just off the A55), looking to expand and strengthen our team with an enthusiastic, experienced, confident and friendly B2B Customer Account Manager to join us on a full or part time basis, were happy to discuss hours that suit both your needs and the needs of the role. As a customer account manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customer accounts, handling queries and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Youll need an excellent telephone manner and be self-motivated with great people skills.


Primary objectives

Provide business development support to drive both growth and client retention

Identify opportunities for new work within an existing customer base

Develop relationships with a wide variety of customers

Communicate portfolio of existing company products, services and new product developments

Day-to-day customer support management


Key responsibilities

Customer account management to an existing client base, contacting clients to build and nurture client relationships, identifying their needs to achieve long term business partnerships

Customer support to address enquiries and resolve issues

Regular check-ins and quarterly client telephone reviews

Work with the team to successfully on-board and integrate new customers

Respond to ad hoc requests and tickets raised by customers

Follow up on completion of work and projects

Collaborate with the team and share ideas and customer insights

Maintain accurate customer records

Develop an understanding of product and service offerings

Identify upsell and renewal opportunities

Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfilment

Provide feedback and marketing intelligence for client review meetings

Strong administrative skills

12-months experience in a similar B2B role managing client accounts
