Location: Secondary School, Chester
Start Date: As soon as possible
Pay: £160-£200 per day (depending on experience)
We are urgently seeking a committed and enthusiastic English Teacher to join a well-regarded secondary school in Chester. This is a long-term position with an immediate start, offering the chance to make a real difference in a dynamic and supportive school setting.
The Role:
Teach engaging English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
Plan, prepare and assess in line with curriculum expectations
Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Work collaboratively with a dedicated English department
The Ideal Candidate:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent
Has recent experience teaching English in UK secondary schools
Brings strong classroom management and excellent communication skills
Is passionate about literature, language, and student achievement
