Your role & responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for pupils
  • Follow and implement school policies and procedures
  • Work coherently as part of a team within the Maths Department
  • Elements of lesson planning, preparation and marking may be required

Non-negotiables:

  • Recent and relevant teaching experience
  • UK-recognised teaching qualification with Qualified Teacher Status
  • Excellent Mathematics subject knowledge
  • Confidence delivering the Key Stage 3 and 4 Maths curriculum
  • Ability to work under the guidance of the Head of the Maths Department
