Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children and young adults? We are looking for dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our team in Chester.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to children and young adults in a residential setting

  • Supporting individuals with their daily routines, including personal care

  • Assisting with domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation

  • Encouraging independence, building confidence, and promoting emotional wellbeing

  • Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience working with children and young adults is advantageous, but not essential – we provide full training

  • A caring, patient, and resilient nature

  • A team player who is reliable and willing to go the extra mile

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins

  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the individuals in our care
