Carbon60 is seeking a talented and driven Operations Support Team Member to join their client based in Broughton. If you're a self-starter with excellent organizational skills and a passion for manufacturing, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This is a contract role lasting until October 2026. there are both PAYE and Umbrella rates available.

As an Operations Support Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of this company's production processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Controlling and managing cutting tool stock levels and regrind processes
- Controlling and managing consumables, chemicals, and stock levels
- Managing all calibrated tooling to ensure compliance
- Acting as an interface between calibration and operations
- Raising purchase orders for all tooling and maintenance requirements
- Providing lineside support for production, enabling blockers and offering support
- Liaising with facilities and maintenance departments to ensure adherence to agreed SLAs and delivery requirements
- Supporting CAPEX, rate ramp-up, and facility improvement projects
- Leading involvement scheme projects
- Supporting with EHS topics

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:

- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with exposure to tooling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
