We are recruiting a Soft Services Manager for our growing site in Chester!
Reporting to the Soft Services Manager, the successful candidate is accountable to provide exceptional customer service and business support in order to contribute to the continued growth and success of the account.
The Role
- Responsible for overseeing the day-today provision of soft services within the site facility.
- Ensuring high standards are delivered consistent with the contract service levels and KPIs
- Ensuring the service provision is compliant, efficient, and executed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Managing a local team of direct reports, and various service providers.
- Planning and coordinating all scheduled works to the agreed /fixed timelines.
- Maintain compliance with all on site SSOW, mandatory training, and Health and safety regulations.
- Responsible for the daily aspects of financial control Including - web quotes, forecasting, and receipting to stringent deadlines.

- 7.30am - 4.30pm
- Monday to Friday
- Site based.
Experience/Qualifications
- FM Background
- Experience with cleaning/waste/security/catering
- Supervisory experience
