Are you experienced, hardworking and a talented cruise travel advisor? Then this is the job for you! We are looking for knowledgeable cruise sales staff to join a successful team based in Chester. Using your excellent destination knowledge, customer service and experience in dynamic packaging you will be putting together cruise holidays to match your customer's needs. You will be bonus driven and successful in exceeding targets, as well as self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic. This role can be Remote, Hybrid or Office based. Working 39 hours- full time over 4 days, on a salary of up to 30k depending on experience with serious OTE potential. Contact us for more details!
THE JOB:
- Taking enquiries over the phone
- Ensuring calls are dealt with efficiently and professionally.
- Offering excellent customer service.
- Quoting holidays and converting into bookings.
- Specialising in Cruise holidays
- Promote and sell additional ancillary sales on all bookings and offering upgrades to increase company profit.
- Working towards monthly performance targets.
- Keeping your product and brand knowledge up to date whilst having in- depth knowledge of the company's brochures and destinations.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The successful candidate will be an experienced Travel Consultant who has specialised in selling cruise holidays or have extensive first-hand cruising experience and looking for a new challenge with strong communications skills and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be sales driven and have excellent product knowledge of cruise holidays.
THE PACKAGE
You will receive a competitive salary in the range of 25-30k depending on experience with uncapped OTE, travel concessions, educational and other perks within the industry.
