Maintenance Supervisor
Full Time – Permanent
Location: Birmingham
Hours: Day Shift Monday to Friday.
Basic Salary: £40,000.00 to £50,000.00 Per Annum

Our client is the world’s leading manufacturer established for over 50 years. Due to further growth plans, they are seeking a highly dynamic Maintenance Supervisor on a Full Time Permanent basis who is highly proficient in brazing, soldering, bench fitting, induction heating furnaces and inductor coils as a Maintenance Supervisor.
As a Maintenance Supervisor:
- Quoting of work to be carried out
- Assisting sales team with accurate quoting/site visits as required as a Maintenance Supervisor
- Identifying material requirements as a Maintenance Supervisor
- Brazing, soldering, bench fitting, induction heating furnaces and inductor coils as a Maintenance Supervisor.
- Identifying machining / fabricating requirements
- Identifying tooling requirements as Maintenance Supervisor
- Ordering non-standard parts and materials for the purpose of brazing, soldering, bench fitting, induction heating furnaces and inductor coils as a Maintenance Supervisor
- Liaising with suppliers, customer and other necessary stakeholders
- Budget control during progress of all jobs
- Ensuring quality standards are met regarding brazing, soldering, bench fitting, induction heating furnaces and inductor coils as a Maintenance Supervisor
- Ensuring safe working practices
- General administrative duties the purpose of brazing, soldering, bench fitting, induction heating furnaces and inductor coils as a Maintenance Supervisor
Maintenance Supervisor Candidate:
- You will have previous Supervisory or Team Leader or Workshop Manager experience within brazing, soldering, bench fitting, induction heating furnaces and inductor coils.
- Ability to communicate at all levels including customers and suppliers internationally.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
The ideal candidate must have a good level of mechanical and/or engineering background and is highly proficient in brazing, soldering, bench fitting, induction heating furnaces and inductor coils.
