- Take strategic and operational leadership of your curriculum area, managing a talentedteam and ensuring high standards across teaching, learning, and assessment.
- Play a pivotal role in curriculum development, quality assurance, and driving continuousimprovement.
- Monitor student progress, retention, and progression, and act as an ambassador for thecollege’s values and mission.
- Support recruitment, timetabling, and college events, including occasional evenings or weekends.
- A degree or professional qualification in a relevant subject.
- A full teaching qualification (or equivalent experience).
- Experience teaching and/or leading in an FE or Sixth Form environment.
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
