  • Teach an engaging 0.5 caseload in A-Level Social Sciences/Business, delivering outstanding lessons and supporting high student achievement.
  • Take strategic and operational leadership of your curriculum area, managing a talentedteam and ensuring high standards across teaching, learning, and assessment.
  • Play a pivotal role in curriculum development, quality assurance, and driving continuousimprovement.
  • Monitor student progress, retention, and progression, and act as an ambassador for thecollege’s values and mission.
  • Support recruitment, timetabling, and college events, including occasional evenings or weekends.
What we’re looking for:
  • A degree or professional qualification in a relevant subject.
  • A full teaching qualification (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience teaching and/or leading in an FE or Sixth Form environment.
  • Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
