About the RoleYou'll work alongside non-finance teams, using financial insight to influence decision-making, improve performance, and help the business capitalise on growth opportunities. You will also play a pivotal part in the month-end process, supporting across the production of management accounts,

Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial insight to support decision-making

• Partner with Operations, Sales and Marketing leaders

• Prepare forecasts, budgets and KPIs

• Identify risks and opportunities across business units

• Lead on investment appraisals and scenario modelling

We're Looking ForA commercially astute finance professional with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

• Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA)

• Strong budgeting, forecasting and analysis experience

• Ability to challenge and influence non-finance leaders

• Comfortable working in a change-oriented environment
