PIB Risk Management is offering an exciting new opportunity for a driven individual to join our team and help shape the future of our business.As a Lead Adviser – Risk Management, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities over the phone, supporting our Business Development Managers, and promoting our comprehensive Risk Management services—primarily focused on health and safety consultancy across a wide range of industries.Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively initiate appointments with potential customers via telephone
  • Engage customers with thoughtful questions to build rapport and maintain conversations
  • Gather and document valuable customer information and feedback to help drive our business focus
  • Stay up to date with all products and keep customers informed about new offerings
  • Confidently answer customer queries about our services
  • Consistently meet call targets (minimum 50 per day) and appointment goals (4 per week)
  • Support training and marketing campaigns led by the Business Development Team
About You
  • You have a proactive, go-getting attitude and a strong desire to succeed
  • You understand B2B sales and know what it takes to excel
  • You remain positive and resilient, even when faced with setbacks
  • You are always looking ahead and seeking new opportunities
  • Experience in Insurance Sales or Financial Services Sales is highly valued
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety is especially welcome
