- Proactively initiate appointments with potential customers via telephone
- Engage customers with thoughtful questions to build rapport and maintain conversations
- Gather and document valuable customer information and feedback to help drive our business focus
- Stay up to date with all products and keep customers informed about new offerings
- Confidently answer customer queries about our services
- Consistently meet call targets (minimum 50 per day) and appointment goals (4 per week)
- Support training and marketing campaigns led by the Business Development Team
- You have a proactive, go-getting attitude and a strong desire to succeed
- You understand B2B sales and know what it takes to excel
- You remain positive and resilient, even when faced with setbacks
- You are always looking ahead and seeking new opportunities
- Experience in Insurance Sales or Financial Services Sales is highly valued
- Knowledge of Health & Safety is especially welcome
