We are seeking a Carpenter/Multi Trade for a social housing contract in the Chesterfield area.

Candidates should have relevant qualifications such as an NVQ or City and Guild in any trade and must be available for an ASAP start.

We are currently looking for a Carpenter/Multi Trade to work on a social housing contract in the Chesterfield area. This role is working in void properties, on a self-employed, on-going contract.

The Carpenter/Multi Trade will be carrying out:

2nd fix joinery such as fitting internal doors, skirting boards and architraves
Kitchen fitting/repairs
Basic Plumbing
Patch plastering
Tiling
Painting

For this Carpenter/Multi Trade role you will need:

Social housing experience
Full UK driving license
Your own transport
NVQ or City and Guild in any relevant trade

In return, the Carpenter/Multi Trade will get:

18 per hour (CIS payments available)
Use of company van & fuel card during working hours
Long term contract
Weekly pay
ASAP start
