Cnc Machinist

Inspire Resourcing Ltd are recruiting for a CNC Machinist for a client in Chesterfield.  This is a manufacturing environment so ideally you will have had exposure in this field.

Salary: 24,000 - 25,000 p/a

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Overview: We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with experience in screen printing or milling to join our growing team in Chesterfield. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a hands-on background in precision manufacturing who is looking to develop their CNC expertise in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components to specification

• Set up and calibrate machinery for production runs

• Read job requirements

• Monitor machine performance and conduct routine checks

• Perform quality checks 

• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in CNC machining, milling or turning would be an advantage

• Ability to take instructions 

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
