Provide accurate training quotes and information in a professional manner
Process customer bookings and confirm course details
Offer basic advice on training options and relevant industry legislation
Escalate queries or concerns to the appropriate Account Manager
Issue duplicate training certificates on request
Update customer records and communicate any changes to the wider team
Contact customers ahead of qualification expiry to prompt renewals
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role
Confident communicator with a polite and professional telephone manner
Comfortable working in a busy, target-driven environment
Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure
