Optimise are proud to be working alongside a fantastic client based in Chesterfield who are looking to welcome a Customer Service Advisor to their team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service to existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming customer enquiries via phone and email

  • Provide accurate training quotes and information in a professional manner

  • Process customer bookings and confirm course details

  • Offer basic advice on training options and relevant industry legislation

  • Escalate queries or concerns to the appropriate Account Manager

  • Issue duplicate training certificates on request

  • Update customer records and communicate any changes to the wider team

  • Contact customers ahead of qualification expiry to prompt renewals


Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role

  • Confident communicator with a polite and professional telephone manner

  • Comfortable working in a busy, target-driven environment

  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure
