We are currently working with an alternative provision in Chesterfield who are eagerly looking for Teaching assistants who have a passion for working with and supporting children who display challenging behaviour.
The ideal behavioural Teaching assistant will be someone who has a growth mindset and will always ensure each child is supported.
We have a range of roles at this provision, both full time and part time and we are offering temp to perm roles.
The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will:
- Be able to drive and have access to a vehicle regularly.
- Have behaviour management experience.
- Have business insurance OR be willing to get it.
- Be highly supportive of each student and their needs.
- Always be patient and understanding.
- Strive to make a positive impact.
- Have a passion for working within an SEND school.
- Have entry level Maths & English experience.
