Our client, a reputable private care provider, is seeking a dedicated individual to manage a small dual registered home for older people, offering both nursing and residential care. This role is perfect for a nurse or non-nurse qualified professional looking to make a real difference in the lives of residents.

Commutable from Mansfield, Chesterfield, Dronfield, Worksop, Matlock & surrounding areas.

With a competitive salary of £57,000 plus bonus, this role offers the chance to lead a dedicated team in a supportive environment. You'll enjoy up to 33 days of annual leave and have the opportunity to develop and progress within the company.

Our client is a well-respected private care provider committed to delivering high-quality care for older people. They operate a small care home that focuses on nursing dementia care, with a few residential beds. The home is on a journey of improvement and is looking for a strong leader to continue this progress.

As a Home Manager, you will:

Oversee the management of finances and budgets.
Ensure the smooth daily operation of the home.
Lead, motivate, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional care, meeting and exceeding CQC standards.
