The Engineering & Manufacturing division of SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Electronics Engineer to join one of our clients on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an early-stage business in a senior role, with fast-tracked progression as the company grows.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the company Workshop - including team management, budgets, and workload.
- Conduct electronic repairs of equipment.
- Take ownership of current and future R&D projects, leading from a technical perspective.
- Attend regular meetings with the Managing Direct to report on current projects, successes, and areas for development.
Essential Criteria
- Minimum 2 years' industry experience in electronics repair. The role will initially be 75% hands on, progressing into more managerial responsibilities as the business grows.
- Automotive experience is desirable, but not essential.
- Strong leadership attributes. Previous line management experience is not essential; however, candidates must be able to demonstrate transferable skills in this area.
