- Collaborating with senior stakeholders to gain a clear understanding of key business initiatives
- Communicating with shared service managers to interpret and define how changes will affect shared service processes
- Creating updated process flowcharts and defining revised roles and responsibilities
- Securing stakeholder approval for newly developed processes
- Implementing the required changes, addressing impacts on products, accounting procedures, and reconciliation processes
- Preparing documentation for change impact assessments and leading the sign-off process for user acceptance testing, training, and overall readiness
- Partnering with stakeholders to ensure changes are introduced in a structured and controlled way
- Managing the coordination and approval of project gating milestones
- Strong project management experience
- Exposure to working within a shared services centre or similar
- Ideally a change management qualification
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with stakeholders regarding processes and agreeing revisions
- Ideally a finance qualification
