NET Recruit is searching the market for a Project Manager to work within a Finance Shared Services team to join a leading national services organisation, located in the Chesterfield area, on a contract basis.Your RoleWhile in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:
  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders to gain a clear understanding of key business initiatives
  • Communicating with shared service managers to interpret and define how changes will affect shared service processes
  • Creating updated process flowcharts and defining revised roles and responsibilities
  • Securing stakeholder approval for newly developed processes
  • Implementing the required changes, addressing impacts on products, accounting procedures, and reconciliation processes
  • Preparing documentation for change impact assessments and leading the sign-off process for user acceptance testing, training, and overall readiness
  • Partnering with stakeholders to ensure changes are introduced in a structured and controlled way
  • Managing the coordination and approval of project gating milestones
You MUST Have:Please apply ONLY if you meet the following criteria:
  • Strong project management experience
  • Exposure to working within a shared services centre or similar
  • Ideally a change management qualification
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with stakeholders regarding processes and agreeing revisions
  • Ideally a finance qualification
