Elevation Recruitment Groups HR Division is proud to be partnering with a growing, forward-thinking business based in Chesterfield as they look to recruit a HR Coordinator on a full time, permanent basis.Benefits as a HR Coordinator include:

Reporting directly into the HR Manager, you'll be working in a fast-paced environment providing crucial support to the HR function and employees. This is a great role for a HR Administrator looking to gain further exposure and develop their HR career. As a HR Coordinator you will be responsible for:

  • Onboarding new starters by preparing offer letters, contracts of employment and completing right to work and reference checks
  • Maintain accurate and up to date employee records on the HRIS
  • Build workflows and contribute to process improvement on the new HRIS 
  • Assist with recruitment by advertising roles and coordinate interviews
  • Schedule new employee inductions 
  • Administer employee changes such as promotions, leavers and transfers
  • Monitor employee absence and short and long term sick leave 
  • Support with project work such as digitalising paper records and TUPE transfers
