Ideal Primary HLTA candidates will have:
? Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
? HLTA Level 4 qualification (or a degree in Education)
? Experience working in primary schools
? Ability to commute across Chesterfield
? Strong communication & classroom management skills
? Confidence leading pre-planned lessons
? Knowledge of the National Curriculum
