Sales Advisor – Safety EssentialsChesterfield, DerbyshireAre you a dynamic sales professional ready to make a real impact? PIB Risk Management is expanding our XCenta Software Health & Safety Training Division and we’re looking for a results-driven Sales Advisor to join our team.As a key member of our sales force, you will take ownership of the full sales cycle — proactively reaching out to potential clients and SME businesses via phone, email, and digital marketing channels. You’ll leverage both new leads and established relationships to drive revenue growth and exceed targets.Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, consistently identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Engage prospects with insightful questions to uncover needs and create tailored solutions
  • Accurately document client information and maintain up-to-date records
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and product updates, ensuring clients are informed about the latest offerings
  • Respond promptly to client queries, providing expert advice and support
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Business Development teams to maximise campaign effectiveness and close deals
