- Overseeing lease data management, ensuring accurate and timely entry of lease details into designated lease administration systems
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Legal, Real Estate, and Finance teams to analyse lease agreements and resolve any inconsistencies in data
- Ensuring adherence to internal controls and maintaining compliance with relevant financial reporting standards, such as IFRS 16 and ASC 842
- Managing the complete lifecycle of project data within enterprise platforms, including ERP, PPM, or custom systems
- Supervising project administration activities, including initial setup, progress monitoring, financial structuring, and change management processes
- Experience in utilising enterprise systems including SAP, Oracle, MS Project Server, Primavera or others
- Fantastic stakeholder and communication skills
- Excellent analytical abilities
- Experience in lease administration, lease accounting or data processing, as well as a good understanding of the lease lifecycle and lease contract structures
- Experience of managing project systems and operations, with good project lifecycle knowledge including project accounting and system workflows
