Due to sustained growth within the business a new position of Service and Support Administrator has been created to support the Admin Services Team.This will be a busy role and the main purpose of the role will be to provide support to the wider business regarding Admin system requests, e.g. defects, access and change requests. Duties and responsibilities of the role are outlined below.
