Business Systems Analyst / Application Analyst - Role

IT Business Systems / Application Analyst for a not-for-profit organisation who are expanding their portfolio of services. The IT Business Systems Analyst / Application Analyst is a new role and will involve maintaining and administering core business applications identifying, developing, and implementing business improvements to processes, operating practices and procedures enabling effective service delivery.

The Application Analyst will also be responsible for ensuring the organisation’s business systems are running smoothly and cover data integrity, incident / problem resolution etc.

The role will also involve taking responsibility for the development and maintenance of their Digital Platform ( Salesforce) and Key software applications ( Revs & Bens, housing, payments, corporate, GIS and Leisure etc) and work closely with the DevOps team.

Crucial to the role will be support of Housing related applications including Revs & Bens and other modules.

Business Systems Analyst / Application Analyst -

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Install software, set up applications and user accounts ensuring security measures are adhered too.
  2. Undertake system administration of their in-house business applications.
  3. Supporting the business in achieving: business process efficiency, value for money, its vision and objectives
  4. Perform system updates and patching activities
  5. Systems support & maintenance of software systems to achieve optimum reliability and performance.
  6. Liaising and consulting with other departments and staff on software related issues.
  7. Work across different modules including CRM, Workflow, Housing, Salesforce etc
  8. Maintain data quality / best practice across all applications
  9. Support and monitoring of systems and identifying any issues
  10. Aid in Implementation of new systems and system enhancements/changes and documentation.

Successful candidates will have a background as a Business Systems Analyst / Application Support Analyst and be well versed in supporting business critical applications s and supporting business processes. You will be comfortable working with 3rd party software solutions and helping the business achieve business proficiency.

Any candidates with some experience working with a Housing Management System and strong analysis skills are encouraged to apply.
