Client Details

Page Group are working on the appoint of a Service Scheduling Specialist for a key client based in Chesterfield. Our client are an industry leading Manufacturer and Servicer of large scale products. This role will manage customer contracts focused on repairs, servicing and breakdowns, responsible for planning and assigning workload to field based engineers

Description

  • Manage service and maintenance workload 1 month in advance, planning works for field based engineers against customer contracts
  • Plan suitable routes for engineers, maximising efficiency around completing work and minimising travel requirements where possible
  • Improve 1st time fix and workload completion by providing engineers with all information and equipment required
  • Identify ways to reduce costs and time specific to servicing and repairs, through process and procedural improvement
  • Proactively plan works for up to 30 field based engineers in line with contractual agreements and SLA's
  • Manage and optimise all available resource to ensure SLA's are achieved, proactively identifying and mitigating issues moving forward
  • Identify common issues through route cause analysis and drive positive change to reduce / minimise issues
  • Work closely with the service manager to improve process and procedures focused on improving efficiency, reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage reactive breakdown by amending workload plans and re-assigning workload, to ensure pre planned and reactive works are carried out within SLA's
