Location: Chesterfield

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000+ Pension + Healthcare

Days: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm

Due to continued expansion, they are looking to recruit an experienced project engineer.

The Role

In this role as a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for the full cycle from design, estimate, planning, and delivery of projects, within the manufacturing process on site at Chesterfield. The role plays a crucial role in coordinating and executing engineering projects while bridging the gap between design, manufacturing and execution. You will be monitoring projects, managing risks and addressing technical challenges in this role. In this exciting role as a Project Engineer, you will take the lead on driving innovative automated manufacturing initiatives while playing a pivotal role in the communication between all parties, from customer to design and manufacturing. You'll be responsible for overseeing and projects, combining your strong project management expertise with technical proficiency in AutoCAD, and ideally PLC systems you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the design, estimation, planning, and delivery of high-impact engineering projects.
