We’re seeking someone who embodies the agency’s core values – aspirational, motivated, and ready to lead. In this pivotal Office Manager role, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of the business, combining hands-on involvement with strong organisational leadership.

This opportunity is ideal for a Senior Sales Negotiator or Sales Manager looking to take the next step in their career. You’ll bring a grounding, confident presence to this office-based position, overseeing client relationships, managing sales progression, and welcoming walk-in enquiries with professionalism and warmth.

The Package:

  • Up to £30,000 basic salary per annum (DOE) + up to £34,200 OTE (subject to sales targets/completions)
  • Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00 + 1 in 3 Saturdays 09:00 - 14:00
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
  • Discretionary company bonus
  • Regular team social events

The Office Manager Role:

  • Overseeing and analysing business performance, including managing figures and KPIs
  • Acting as a dependable liaison with vendors and suppliers – maintaining relationships and ensuring smooth communication
  • Providing essential support across sales teams
  • Ensuring daily operations run efficiently and to a high standard

The Person:

  • Estate agency experience (essential)
  • Strong and experienced in an office environment
  • Articulate, with the confidence to liaise at all levels
  • Commercially savvy – able to spot opportunities and improve processes
  • Hands-on, happy to get stuck into the details as well as the bigger picture
  • Driving licence (desirable not essential)
