Every day is different… and never boring!
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher
- Keep students on track, engaged and behaving positively
- Manage the classroom environment with confidence
- Report back on lesson progress and any behaviour concerns
- Bring a positive, professional and proactive attitude to every school you support
What We’re Looking For:
- Confidence to lead a classroom of secondary-aged students
- Strong communication and behaviour-management skills
- Adaptability – you’ll be working in different schools with different routines
- Reliability and professionalism
- Experience working with young people (desired but not essential)
- A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
