Salary: £26,000 starting salary with incremental raise to £28,000 at the end of the two-year grad programme (full time role)

Location: Chesterfield, Derbyshire

Our client is a prominent international company specialising in the design, manufacture, and distribution of products and services for polyethylene (PE) pipeline systems.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Graduate Product Development Engineer, you will act as the Design Engineer for new product development and value engineering projects across our client’s manufacturing sites.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • The provision of technical drawing and relevant document controls for our client’s factories using AutoCAD 2D, Solidworks 3D CAD and CMM systems
  • You will be required to plan, control and undertake day to day product modification updates, in line with our client’s engineering change processes and updates to applicable drawing registers.
  • Issuing relevant new product standards and approvals.
  • Creating new design and development models to support the development of new and innovative product development initiatives.
