Product ManagerLocation: Chesterfield, Derbyshire (with UK & overseas travel)Salary: 28 - 32K (Flexible higher on experience)

Your Role: Reporting to the Global Brand Director, you’ll manage the full product lifecycle—developing, launching, and optimising products in line with strategy, budgets, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead product launches from concept to completion
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform product strategy
  • Develop NPD plans with clear brand positioning
  • Support with brochures, packaging, and POS material
  • Manage post-launch reviews and range improvements
  • Provide product briefs, training, and demos
  • Monitor margins, pricing, and product performance
  • Handle sample coordination, QC issues, and NAV/web updates
  • Oversee range rationalisation and bespoke product development

What You’ll Need:

  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Experience in a similar product management role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ideally NAV
