About the Role
You'll work alongside non-finance teams, using financial insight to influence decision-making, improve performance, and help the business capitalise on growth opportunities. You will also play a pivotal part in the month-end process, supporting across the production of management accounts,
Key Responsibilities
Provide financial insight to support decision-making
Partner with Operations, Sales and Marketing leaders
Prepare forecasts, budgets and KPIs
Identify risks and opportunities across business units
Lead on investment appraisals and scenario modelling
We're Looking For
A commercially astute finance professional with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA)
Strong budgeting, forecasting and analysis experience
Ability to challenge and influence non-finance leaders
Comfortable working in a change-oriented environment
