We’re on the lookout for a Project Manager who thrives on responsibility and wants to take ownership of exciting builds from start to finish. Thanks to continued growth, our client has got an opportunity for a driven professional to join our main contracting team and deliver projects across multiple sectors – from cutting-edge healthcare facilities to flagship education builds, defence schemes, hospitality spaces, and retail developments.
If you’re a Project Manager with at least 5 years’ experience, and you’re based between Nottingham and Sheffield (with the flexibility of hybrid working), this could be your perfect next step. Strong NEC contract knowledge is important, as you’ll be responsible for driving projects to success, on time and on budget.
This isn’t just about ticking boxes – as a Project Manager, you’ll be leading, problem-solving, and inspiring teams to deliver schemes valued between £5m and £30m.
What you’ll be doing as our next Project Manager:

Taking overall responsibility for project delivery from conception through to handover

Leading project teams, subcontractors, and consultants effectively

Managing NEC contracts and ensuring compliance with key terms

Developing and managing project programmes to hit deadlines

Overseeing site progress, health & safety, and quality standards

Monitoring budgets and cash flow alongside commercial teams

Identifying risks and implementing proactive solutions

Managing stakeholder expectations and maintaining strong relationships

Reporting progress and financial performance to senior leadership

Driving collaboration across design, commercial, and delivery teams

Ensuring projects meet client requirements and exceed expectations

Championing continuous improvement and innovative delivery methods
