Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of property management across a diverse commercial and residential portfolio
  • Lead lease negotiations and manage rent reviews and lease renewals
  • Conduct property valuations for both investment and operational purposes
  • Ensure timely collection of rent, service charges, and other property-related payments
  • Monitor and maintain compliance records (EPC, asbestos, gas, etc.)
  • Prepare and manage legal, regulatory, and safety compliance reporting
  • Advise on and coordinate repairs, maintenance, dilapidations, and acquisitions
  • Liaise effectively with managing agents, contractors, tenants, and stakeholders
  • Act for PCT as a tenant and for investment properties as landlord
  • Conduct inspections and maintain accurate legal and property documentation

Profile



What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in commercial and/or residential property management
  • Strong knowledge of lease negotiation and property valuation
  • MRICS qualified or working towards RICS accreditation
  • Excellent administrative, organisational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems
  • Understanding of compliance standards including EPC, asbestos, and gas safety
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
