Essential requirements for the role:

  • Experience managing groups of primary-aged children.
  • A strong understanding of the National Curriculum.
  • A Level 4 HLTA qualification or a BA Hons degree in Education.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Willingness to complete the necessary safer recruitment checks in line with DFE regulations.
  • Have or be willing to process an Enhanced DBS Certificate.
