- Conduct Initial Appointments with individuals on probation.
- Complete and maintain UPW DAT (Digital Assessment Tool) and OASys ISP (Initial Sentence Plan) assessments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement sentence plans that reflect risk assessments and rehabilitation needs.
- Monitor compliance with court orders and licence conditions.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to deliver a high standard of service.
- Maintain detailed records and provide regular reports as required.
- Up-to-date experience and knowledge as a Probation Service Officer is essential.
- Strong working knowledge of UPW DAT and OASys ISP systems.
- Proven ability to manage a caseload and work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication, assessment, and report-writing skills.
- Commitment to rehabilitation, public protection, and effective risk management.
- Experience working with a diverse range of service users.
- A qualification in criminology, social work, or related field.
