About the Role:

We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Children's Social Worker to join our team supporting vulnerable children and families in the Chesterfield area. You'll work closely with children, parents, and multi-agency partners to safeguard and promote the wellbeing of children in need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • �? Conduct timely and thorough assessments of children's needs and family situations

  • ?? Build strong relationships with children, families, and professionals to support positive outcomes

  • ??? Manage child protection cases with a focus on safeguarding and promoting welfare

  • ?? Develop, implement, and review care plans in line with legislation and best practice
