About the Role:We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Children's Social Worker to join our team supporting vulnerable children and families in the Chesterfield area. You'll work closely with children, parents, and multi-agency partners to safeguard and promote the wellbeing of children in need.
Key Responsibilities:-
�? Conduct timely and thorough assessments of children's needs and family situations

?? Build strong relationships with children, families, and professionals to support positive outcomes

??? Manage child protection cases with a focus on safeguarding and promoting welfare

?? Develop, implement, and review care plans in line with legislation and best practice

?? Ensure visits and casework are completed within statutory timescales

???�? Collaborate with colleagues and provide support to less experienced staff where needed

??? Advocate for children's rights and ensure their voices are heard throughout the process
