- Dispense ink in line with the daily production plan(s)
- Move product to and from machines (if applicable)
- Book back press returns into the dispense management system
- Place press returns in clearly marked locations
- Re-work press returns where possible
- Cluster press returns into common running colours
- Place weekly material orders using the provided order form
- File all delivery notes for month-end consignment stock count
- Book new deliveries into the dispense management system
- Replenish material stocks on the dispense management system
- Arrange uplift of empty containers or waste ink, ensuring containers are safely palletized and lids secured
- Observe all customer and Flint Group health & safety rules and policies
- Ensure ink area complies with customer hygiene accreditation requirements
- Maintain dispensing equipment and work area with good housekeeping practices
- Update and maintain digital colour database and recipes within the dispense management system
- Update and maintain X-Rite (iQC) with existing and new colour standards
- Support on-site colour corrections and basic troubleshooting on press
- Capture and action all Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
- Good colour vision and strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills; able to perform duties independently
- Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate added value to the customer
- Strong IT skills and problem-solving ability
- Methodical and tidy work habits
- Full, valid driving licence required
- Annual Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience)
- Annual Leave: 25 days per year (pro rata)
