Administrator – £26,250 per annum

Ideal for those with general admin experience looking to break into financial services.

  • Communicate with clients via letter, email, and phone
  • Complete ID verification and AML checks
  • Process withdrawals and investment top-ups
  • Schedule client meetings and prepare annual review reports

Senior Administrator – £29,500 per annum

For candidates with at least 6 months in the wealth management sector.

  • Includes all Administrator duties, with added responsibility and autonomy.

Junior Associate – £32,340 per annum

For those with 2+ years of financial services experience.

  • Handle all Administrator/Senior Administrator tasks
  • Bring external experience or internal progression to the role

Senior Associate – £36,750 to £42,500 per annum

For experienced professionals with deep knowledge of wealth management.

  • Manage complex client cases (e.g. pension transfers, trusts)
  • Provide high-level service to premier clients
  • Support advisers and attend client meetings

Benefits - 

  • 20 days holiday + bank holidays (Christmas period at the director's discretion in addition to 2o days)
  • 3% Employer pension contributions
  • WFH 2 days per week following probation period

  • June, July and August reduced hours - finish at 3pm every Friday
