Pay: £90 to £115 dependent on experience*

Are you a passionate and experienced early years professional ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a dedicated Nursery Manager to lead our warm and welcoming nursery setting, ensuring exceptional standards of care and education for all children.

As our Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the nursery, supporting and inspiring your team, building strong relationships with families, and ensuring compliance with all safeguarding and regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in developing our curriculum and maintaining a nurturing environment where every child thrives.

Who are you?
- Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Childcare (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a nursery leadership role
- Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and Ofsted requirements
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
- A warm, professional, and child-centred approach
What’s the role?
- Oversee the daily operation of the nursery, ensuring a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment
- Lead, support and develop a team of early years practitioners, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
- Ensure full compliance with EYFS, Ofsted, health and safety, and safeguarding requirements
- Maintain accurate records and ensure effective administrative systems are in place
- Build strong partnerships with parents, carers and the wider community
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching and learning, supporting staff CPD and reflective practice
- Manage nursery budgets, resources and staff rotas effectively
- Drive the nursery’s vision, ethos and values with passion and professionalism
