Responsibilities within role
Ensure the efficient operation of working area to achieve set KPI's
Ensure Food Quality/Safety and legality procedures and checks, sign offs & paperwork is completed as per NWF and Customer requirements
Ensure Health & Safety guidelines/procedures are being adhered to at all times, reporting near misses & any accidents or incidents when they occur
Report any Out of Spec Products/Machinery issues/Non-Conformance's to Line Manager promptly
Ensuring the efficient operation of the cell
Follow safe ways of working & site safety procedures, reporting near misses and any accidents or incidents when they occur
Fulfil any reasonable tasks requested by Line Manager or Supervisor
We need someone with a:

Key accountability's:
Ensuring zero food safety/ H&S issues within the cell
Efficient use of utilities, resources and minimising waste
Ensuring their cell meets the pre agreed KPIs
