Role Overview

As a Business Development Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting our client acquisition and growth initiatives. You’ll gain first-hand experience in financial markets, client relationship management, and strategic business development. This position is ideal for graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about finance, sales, and developing trusted client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective clients within target markets.

• Assist in preparing financial proposals, presentations, and investment summaries.

• Support the Business Development team in generating leads and managing client pipelines.

• Participate in client meetings and networking events to build strong professional relationships.

• Monitor financial market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to identify new opportunities.

• Maintain accurate client information and activity records in the company’s CRM system.

• Collaborate with financial advisors, marketing, and operations teams to deliver seamless client service.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Strong interest in financial services, markets, and client relationship management.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
