Automatic Door Engineer (South Coast)

Salary: 40,000 basic + Overtime (OTE 50k+)
Location:Covering South Coast (Hampshire, Dorset, Sussex & surrounding areas)

About the Role

Marble Talent Group are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading provider of automatic doors and access solutions, who are looking for an experienced Automatic Door Engineer to join their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and maintain automatic door systems to industry standards.

• Install new automatic doors, operators, and related equipment.

• Diagnose and resolve faults effectively and efficiently.

• Ensure all work complies with BS EN 16005 and other relevant safety standards.

• Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond to call-outs.

• Provide clear job reports and excellent customer service.

• Take part in an out-of-hours on-call rota (paid additionally).

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience as an Automatic Door Engineer (swing, sliding, revolving, access control).

• EN16005 / ADSA / BS7036 qualification (essential).

• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.

• CSCS card and IPAF (desirable).

• Good knowledge of health & safety practices.

• Full UK Driving Licence.

• Professional approach with strong communication skills.
