What will HR Assistant vacancy involve? 

  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies and support temporary/contract hiring needs.

  • Arrange interviews and support the onboarding process.

  • Manage all starter and leaver administration.

  • Draft employment contracts and maintain accurate HR records.

  • Deliver engaging employee inductions.

  • Manage the HR inbox, handling general HR queries professionally and promptly.

  • Support the probation review process, tracking key timelines and actions.

Suitable Candidate for HR Assistant vacancy: 

  • At least 12 months of HR administration experience.

  • Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel and Word.

  • Experience using HR databases or HRIS systems.

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management.

  • Immediately available or on short notice (1 month notice will also be considered).
