The successful Internal Sales Engineer / Sales Coordinator / Internal Sales Executive will be responsible for handling the full internal sales cycle, from preparing quotations and managing enquiries through to converting orders, while providing technical advice to customers and working closely with the sales team to maximise success.
The successful Internal Sales Engineer / Sales Coordinator / Internal Sales Executive must have a technical understanding of flow control products, such as valves, actuators, pumps, seals, gaskets, or engineering equipment, with exceptional customer service and responsiveness. Must also be easily commutable to Chichester. Full training provided.

- Prepare and issue quotations, follow up with customers, and support order processing activities.
- Responding to inbound customer queries, providing technical advice, and solutions.
- Manage your sales pipeline, proactively following up to convert quotes into orders and achieve sales targets.
- Work closely with internal departments and the external sales team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Accurately update and maintain customer information within the CRM system.
- Previous experience as an Internal Sales Engineer, Sales Coordinator, Internal Sales Executive, Technical Sales Engineer, Applications Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or similar.
- Experience in selling flow control products such as: valves, actuators, pumps, seals, gaskets, or similar.
- Skilled in ERP / CRM and proficient in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel.
- Solid communicator with a proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven approach, and excellent multitasking and organisational skills.
- Must be easily commutable to Chichester.
