The Role
As an MOT Tester, you will:
- Carry out Class IV MOT testing in strict accordance with DVSA and government regulations
- Report any additional faults in a clear and professional manner
- Complete full and accurate write-ups of all work undertaken
- Ensure all paperwork and system entries are completed promptly and correctly
- Maintain both personal and company tools in a safe, clean, and efficient condition
- Comply fully with health and safety standards and DVSA regulations
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- MOT Tester qualification
- Relevant NVQ, BTEC, or City & Guilds certification
- Strong literacy, numeracy, and IT competence
- Full UK driving licence
- A professional appearance and strong work ethic
Desirable:
- Previous experience with a manufacturer-approved service centre
