Are you a seasoned Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer within the FMCG space? If so, this opportunity might be perfect for you! We are currently seeking an individual with time served maintenance skills to join a renowned manufacturing company near to Chichester, West Sussex.
Responsibilities Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
- Efficiently repair various production machinery using both reactive and preventative maintenance techniques, including motors, pumps and various systems.
- Confidence with fault finding and working to tight deadlines.
- Demonstrate proficiency in both electrical and mechanical principles.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimise equipment performance and minimise downtime.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and provide reports as needed.
Requirements Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
- Previous experience in the FMCG sector.
- Relevant qualifications in Mechanical engineering (BTEC, HNC, etc.).
- Welding skills required.
- Possession of an 18th edition or any additional electrical qualifications is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commutable distance from Chichester, West Sussex.
